Term Dates

The 2026/2027 ballet school year runs from the 14th of September to the 30th of May.

There are three 10-class terms in the school year.

  • Term 1: Begins on the 14th of September and ends on the 29th of November.
  • Term 2: Begins on the 30th of November and ends on the 7th of March.
  • Term 3: Begins on the 8th of March and ends on the 30th of May.

All students have class every week except for the following holidays:

  • No classes for the Autumn midterm: 26th of October to 1st of November (one week)
  • No classes for the Winter holidays: 14th of December to 3rd of January (three weeks)
  • No classes for the Spring midterm: 15th of February to 21st of February (one week)
  • No classes for the Easter holidays: 22nd of March to 4th of April (two weeks)

Extra changes for some classes:

  • Wednesday classes will not take place on the 17th of March due to St. Patrick's Day. Wednesday students will have class over the Easter holidays on Wednesday the 24th of March to make up for this.
  • Saturday classes will not take place on the 1st of May due to our school ballet show. Saturday students will have class over the Easter holidays on Sunday the 3rd of April to make up for this.

Extra dates:

  • Dress-up week: 19th-25th of October (All students invited to dress-up for class to celebrate the influence of costumes and storytelling in ballet)
  • School tour Grade 2 and above: December, date TBC(Students in Grade 2 and above invited on our school tour to see the Irish National Youth Ballet)
  • Winter show cases: 7th-13th of December  (Parents and guardians invited to watch the last 30 minutes of class before the winter break)
  • Teddy day: 8th-14th of February  (Students invited to bring a teddy to ballet class)


Term fees are due on or before the first day of term (14th of September, 30th of November and 8th of March).

  • Fees can be paid through our online booking system, a class link will be sent via email.
  • Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The cost for students taking one class per week is €115 per 10-week term (10 classes). The cost for an individual student taking two classes per week is €205 per 10-week term. The cost for senior students to add a third class per week (e.g. Intermediate Foundation or higher grades) is an additional €90 per 10-week term (€295).
